Strategic Plan Update

The Lord Fairfax Soil and Water Conservation District (LFSWCD) is reviewing and revising their Strategic Plan, a four-year document that outlines the goals of our organization. Since we are a public, government funded agency, we would like to encourage all interested individuals to be involved in this process.

In order to accurately assess the needs of our community, LFSWCD has created four online surveys for different stakeholders who are involved in our programming: Education, Agriculture, Urban and Public/Partners. Each survey includes questions that are targeted to that focus group. If you are involved or interested in multiple focus groups on behalf of LFSWCD, feel free to fill out more than one survey.

Education Survey

Agriculture Survey

Urban Survey

Public/Partners Survey

The Strategic Plan Update Surveys will close on May 15, 2026.

If you have any questions regarding the LFSWCD Strategic Plan or evaluation process, please contact Education and Conservation Specialist, Allyson Ponn at one of the following: allyson.ponn@lfswcd.org or (540) 465-2424 ext 104

Your feedback is important to LFSWCD and invaluable for this process. Thank you in advance for your participation!
